HOW WE HANDLE IT

Data, Security and Account Integrity

Your account data sits behind standard SSL encryption in transit and access controls at rest. We keep only what we need to operate your account and process payments — name, contact details, wallet identifiers for JazzCash, Easypaisa, or Raast, and transaction records. We do not sell your data to third parties. Retention periods follow the minimums required by applicable regulation; once your account is closed and the retention window passes, data is deleted from active systems.

Cookie Policy

We use session cookies for login state and analytics cookies to understand how the lobby is used. You can manage cookie preferences from the settings panel in your account.

Account Security

Login uses a one-time PIN sent to your registered mobile number. If you suspect unauthorised access, lock your account immediately from the security tab and contact support.

Data Retention

Transaction records and account details are kept for the period required under applicable law. After account closure and the retention window, data is removed from active databases.

Requesting Changes

To update or correct account data, go to account settings. To request a full data export or deletion, contact us via the privacy request email in the policy document.

Common Legal and Account Policy Questions

These are the questions we get most often about how our terms and policy work in practice. If your question is not here, contact support with your account ID and we will point you to the right section.

Access depends on whether local law in your region permits participation. You are responsible for checking your eligibility. We do not make blanket availability claims for any jurisdiction.

We collect your name, contact details, and the wallet identifiers you provide — such as your JazzCash or Easypaisa number — along with your transaction records. Nothing beyond what running your account requires.

Send a data access request to the privacy email listed in your account settings. Include your account ID. We process requests within the timeframe set out in the privacy policy.

We retain account and transaction data for the minimum period required by applicable regulation. Once that window closes, data is deleted from active systems and no longer accessible.

Start with the in-account chat — most transaction questions are resolved there. If not, submit a formal dispute via the disputes form in your account panel to get a reference number and a recorded review.

Yes. If a change materially affects your account, we notify you through your registered contact before it takes effect. Continued account use after the notified date is taken as acceptance.
